Standard shipping $12

Express $20

Free Shipping on orders over $150

NZ Shipping Rates

Flat rate $29 AUD

International Shipping

We are trialing out international shipping at the moment. To send anything to the pacific islands shipping is at a flat rate of $49AUD 

As for USA, Canada & Europe customers please email us on kokobumsclothnappyhelp@gmail.com if you are wanting to have us trial sending our goodies to your part of the world. As the buyer you will shoulder the costs of shipping plus any extra tax duty, tariffs and customs costs. 

Responsibility of Buyer:

Once items are shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the buyer. Should items arrive damaged or faulty, please reach out to us within 7 days (one week) of receiving the order to resolve any issues. Please take pictures and email kokobumsclothnappyhelp@gmail.com

Shipping + Tracking

Once you have placed your order please allow us 1-5 working days to pack them. All orders are packed and shipped out on Wednesday or Thursday usually. 

Please take care when placing an order as it cannot be cancelled once it is packaged and sent. It is your responsibility to double check you haven’t entered the correct address. 

Our main couriers are Australia Post, we are currently trialing out ZAPPY AU

Both provide tracking via email. Once your order is sent a tracking number will be emailed to you.

A lot of our packages are sent out with ‘Authority To Leave’ meaning that a Postie or driver will only leave the parcel if there’s a safe place on the property when nobody's home.
In the event that a parcel is lost please

  • check around your property for other possible places that it could've been left
  • ask your neighbours if they can check for any parcels that may have been delivered to their address

If you are still not able to find your parcel please email us kokobumsclothnappyhelp@gmail.com with your:

  • order number 
  • tracking number 

And we will do our best to help you find your lost parcel or a different solution if feasible.
