Refund policy
Returns & Refunds
For hygiene purposes we do not offer refunds based on a change of mind.
However if you receive a damaged or faulty item we would be happy to process a refund or exchange within the first 7 days (one week) that you receive your items. Please get in touch with us at kokobumsclothnappyhelp@gmail.com so that we can provide a shipping label and tracking for returning your item.
Conditions for faulty items upon returns and refunds please ensure that
- the item is unworn, undamaged further and unwashed
- the item still has any original tags
Unfortunately we will not accept the return for a refund if the item is not met in these conditions or there is suspicion that the product has been further damaged in any way.
Please make sure that you have:
- your proof of purchase
- photos of damaged item
Upon receiving your email and reviewing the matter, if we accept the refund or return, you will be required to use the same postage bag we have sent your order in to return the items (all postage satchels are reusable with a second seal) If the satchel is damaged you will be required to purchase a waterproof durable satchel from your local post office and attach the return label we send you to it ensuring the item is properly packed and protected and label is clearly visible and protected from rain (celotape it over if you must).
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving the item and assessing it. Payment will be sent through the original payment method of purchase.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange a faulty item for one we have in stock please get in touch with us. Please ensure your faulty item is in the same condition as when received
- unwashed and unworn
- with original packaging and/or tags in order to be exchanged
Unfortunately we will not accept the return for an exchange if the item is not in these conditions or there is suspicion that the product has been tampered with, worn, washed or further damaged in any way.
Please email us at kokobumsclothnappyhelp@gmail.com for a return shipping label with tracking. Upon us receiving the damaged item we will then ship out your replacement item.
Sale items
Sale items are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange for any reason. Please choose carefully before purchasing these items.
All handmade macrame branded sales (under my Macrameis brand) are final. These products are handmade and on sale as the macrame section will be discontinued on most products. All handmade items are non-refundable due to the nature of the product.
Disclaimer & Discrepancies
As a paying customer, you are held responsible to determine whether the product is fit for use. Please thoroughly check over the items and nappy upon receipt, take inserts out and separate prior to your first initial wash before using them.
We do not recommend any additional implements being installed to our modern cloth nappies or any of our items, such as, but not limited to;
- safety pins, hooks, sewing pins
- moderations or alterations made by yourself in anyway
We do not accept any liability from any damage caused and will invalidate any claim for a refund or exchange. Should the item become damaged or discoloured as a result from household products used, such as
- bleach or vinegar
- any other house-hold product that we have not recommended or specified in our wash routine
We will not accept liability for damage within the first 7 days (one week) you may claim a refund. A refund or exchange of items will not be processed for any of the above reasons.
