These are my “Kalm Down & Breathe” affirmation cards for the mamas 🌺 26 prompts written in the trenches or postpartum at 2am while I was somewhere between the sleep regression, juggling a toilet training toddler and 5 month old and feeling like I wasn’t doing enough, healing fast enough, staying calm enough.
I was searching for specific types of affirmations at the time, and because I couldn’t find them I created them — with a hint of Polynesian flair that’s teasing my long time passion project I hope to share soon.
